No Guarantee

The Melanin Project, LLC and its coaches are financial and budget consultants.  They are not investment advisors or tax advisors. The Melanin Project, LLC and its coaches make no representations or warrantees the effectiveness of their recommendations. The Client is solely responsible for the Client’s outcome. Financial and budget planning advice is given by The Melanin Project, LLC without any guarantee of particular results or its effectiveness with the Client’s individual situation.

 Informational Purposes

Individual recommendations are offered as educational and informational consultation. Any actions the Client takes as a result of the consultation are at the sole discretion and risk of Client. Client understands and acknowledges information on the Company’s website and forms provided are for information purposes only, and are subject to change.

Confidentiality

Except as otherwise agreed or required by law, The Melanin Project, LLC will keep confidential all information concerning the Client’s identify, and financial affairs. 

 Waiver of Liability

Client agrees not to hold The Melanin Project, LLC or its coaches liable for any costs or damages related to the services provided other than for willful misconduct or gross negligence. This waiver of liability is not intended to be any broader than that allowed by Wisconsin law. Client acknowledges that the prices above and the terms of this contract have been fairly bargained for and constitute mutual benefit for the prices and terms, including this Waiver of Liability.

Choice of Law, Severability, and Survival

Any disputes under this Agreement shall be resolved under the laws of the state of Wisconsin. If any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining parts shall continue in full effect. The Client’s Waiver of Liability shall survive the termination of Services provided under this agreement.

 I, the undersigned (“Client”/Authorized Agent), acknowledges that they have read and understand this Service Agreement and making payment for this service serves as acknowledgement and agreement to these written terms of agreement.
